We only accept payments direct into our bank account and do not hold any credit/debit card or other payment information.

Sharing your information

We do not, and will not, give or sell any of your personal data to any third party - including your name, address, email address without your express permission. We do not rely on any third party as our software is our own, served direct to our customers.

Marketing

We only email you marketing information if you have requested us to do so by joining our mailing list. You can opt out of such messages at any time:
  • By clicking on the ‘unsubscribe’ link in any email.
  • By emailing or writing to us (see Contact page).
Once you do this, we will update your profile to ensure that you don’t receive further marketing messages. Stopping marketing messages will not stop important service communications.

If required to meet legal or regulatory requirements, resolve disputes, prevent fraud and abuse, or enforce our terms and conditions, we may also keep hold of some of your information as required, even after you have closed your account or it is no longer needed to provide the services to you.

Your rights

You have a lot of rights relating to your personal information:
  • The right to be informed about how your personal information is being used
