All Inrax reports can be printed or saved as PDF reports, which allows reports to be saved in the standard format which is read on all computer platforms. Recognising that many users have Microsoft's Excel, reports can be exported in Excel format for further processing and adjustments in presentation. In addition reports can be exported in comma delimited form.
A particular strength is the Inrax OLAP report. This allows the user to slice and dice sales information. There is more detail under the section stock control.
Inrax has the concept of an analytical report. This is a means to group and report slices of the general ledger over multiple time periods. It can be used to generate the makings of statutory and management accounts. The results are typically exported to spreadsheet where you can vary the presentation to suit your house style.
