In Inrax stock control, accounting, ecommerce and web content are all managed as a single application. Unlike most accounting systems, Inrax stock control stores the material necessary to display a product on the web as part of the stock item record. So Images and text relating to the item can be managed as part of the system.
Stock items can be loaded on to the system in batches from a file in a predefined xml format. This means that the material necessary to display products on the web can also be loaded in batches from file. See the manual for a fuller explanation.
Handling charges and delivery methods are defined as part of the stock system. The costs are calculated automatically for web orders based on rules which the user sets.
