For all our services, the data controller - the company that is responsible for your privacy - is Meier Pollard Ltd.

Below we cover the information we use and how we use it.

Your name and contact details

If you download the Inrax software for trial or purchase, we record your name and email address and may later request your company details and address if you subscribe to our software. This information is used only to contact you for the purposes of supplying the service, invoicing and support.

Only if you opt in to our mailing list will we send you general product information on the Inrax system.

Your payment information

We only accept payments direct into our bank account and do not hold any credit/debit card or other payment information.

Sharing your information

We do not, and will not, give or sell any of your personal data to any third party - including your name, address, email address without your express permission. We do not rely on any third party as our software is our own, served direct to our customers.

We only email you marketing information if you have requested us to do so by joining our mailing list. You can opt out of such messages at any time:
  • By clicking on the ‘unsubscribe’ link in any email.
  • By emailing or writing to us (see Contact page).
Once you do this, we will update your profile to ensure that you don’t receive further marketing messages. Stopping marketing messages will not stop important service communications.

Your information and countries outside Europe

We protect your privacy and your rights through the use of the European Commission’s standard data protection clauses.

Keeping your information

We’ll hold on to your information for as long as is needed to be able to provide the services to you, or send you marketing offers if you opted to receive them. We keep sales invoices for at least seven years to comply with UK Limited company accounting regulations.

If required to meet legal or regulatory requirements, resolve disputes, prevent fraud and abuse, or enforce our terms and conditions, we may also keep hold of some of your information as required, even after you have closed your account or it is no longer needed to provide the services to you.

Your rights

You have a lot of rights relating to your personal information:
  • The right to be informed about how your personal information is being used
  • The right to access the personal information we hold about you
  • The right to request the correction of inaccurate personal information we hold about you
